If you are using the file as a VR file with a clone tool we cannot gaurantee that your programming tool is compatible with our files because many use data only or partial files for example, but we do gaurantee the file integrity and that it is indeed a full original file with correct checksums.
If you match up all numbers then you will get the correct file for your ECU. If you want to downgrade the SW version that does not usually work without additional work, you cannot simply write the file to the ECU because the EEPROM knows that it’s the wrong version and it wont start.
