Stage 1 on the 1.5 BlueHDI 75 and 100 models with the TD02 wastegated turbo give a typical result of 130 BHP with 320Nm of torque depending on the vehicle condition and the dyno used. The remap is very safe on stock components and does not require any upgrades. An exhaust system will of course compliment the remap. As always – make sure the vehicle is properly maintained and serviced before carrying out tuning work.

2. Each folder has an original file ORI and the MOD file. File size is stated in the description.
3. Your file will be different in the OTP zones due to the way this ECU works but data blocks will be identical if you match SW number or SW Upgrade number. Simply transfer the changes to your original file in WinOLS or use the tool linked below to transfer changes in to your file automatically.
4. Always make a full bench backup of your ECU before programming. DO NOT program files without first checking the file size and format is correct.
5. SCR (Adblue) and EGR delete are strictly for off road use – track use – diagnostic purposes only. Please do not use the delete files for road use.
Instructions for SCR AdBlue delete:
-If count down timer is present, RESET adblue system with diag tool before programming AdBlue delete software. Associated faults are removed.
-SCR Module should also be unplugged – if you can’t find that then unplug the pump and tank and level sensor below the fuel tank. Be careful not to unplug DPF additive by mistake.
Instructions for EGR delete:
-EGR is set to hold closed – no further action is required.
