Remap settings Stage 1 remap to 126 BHP SCR EGR DPF
Stage 1 on the 1.6 BlueHDI 75 or 100 model with the Bosch EDC17C60 ECU gives a typical result of 126 to 130 BHP with 320Nm to 330Nm of torque depending on the vehicle condition and the dyno used. The remap is very safe on stock components and does not require any upgrades. An exhaust system will of course compliment the remap. As always – make sure the vehicle is properly maintained and serviced before carrying out tuning work.
1. The tuning portal is for professional users with tuning experience. If you are a beginner then please use our online remap service instead where we offer help and support for retail customers.
2. Each folder has an original file ORI – MOD file – and a MOD file with checksums calculated.
-If you have genuine tools – then you should allow your tool to fix the checksums. If using clone tools we provide the file with checksums and TPROT patched too.
3. The EDC17C60 files on our portal are all 4MB files – if your tool uses a partial file simply use the tool linked below to transfer changes in to your file absolute.
4. Always make a full bench backup of your ECU before programming.
5. SCR (Adblue) and EGR and DPF delete are strictly for off road use – track use – diagnostic purposes only. Please do not use the delete files for road use.
Instructions for SCR AdBlue delete:
-If count down timer is present – RESET adblue system with diag tool before programming AdBlue delete software. Associated faults are removed.
-SCR Module should also be unplugged – if you can’t find that then unplug the pump and tank and level sensor below the fuel tank. Be careful not to unplug DPF additive by mistake.
Instructions for EGR delete:
-EGR is set to hold closed – no further action is required.
Instructions for DPF delete:
-DPF filter must be removed – this is below the vehicle combined with the SCR catalyst – it’s the rear section. All sensors can remain connected. Reset DPF soot loading before writing mod file to ECU. DPF delete is NOT for road use!
