- The file download service provides a digital product, this is non refundable in all circumstances.
- If you change your mind about the purchase you cannot get a refund.
- If you order the wrong file you cannot get a refund.
- If your file download does not complete, please contact and we will send the file manually via email within 24 hours.
- By using this specific service the “dealer tuning file portal” you agree that you are a professional in the tuning industry and you have suitable knowledge, skills and equipment to program the correct software to a vehicle ECU. We advise to check all files prior to programming to the ECU to ensure the file was received fully.
- By using this reduced price service intended for professionals in the tuning industry you agree that you waive your rights to any help and support regarding basic faults with the vehicle. Any help or advice given by HDI Tuning will be optional. It is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is in full working order before going ahead with any tuning work. It is common for vehicles to flag faults after tuning as many components are worked harder and any problems will become more apparent. This does not mean there is a fault with our software. All files available for download have been tried and tested on real project cars and are guaranteed to work without faults on an engine that is in good working order.
- All software has correct checksums at the time of upload, software will be compressed in to a .zip format to further protect the software via automated file checksums during decompression. The software must first be unzipped before programming to the ECU. DO NOT attempt to program the compressed file as this will corrupt the ECU.
- You agree that you will not re-sell software purchased from HDI Tuning Ltd. If you do this you will be liable to pay loss of earnings and cost for loss of reputation to HDI Tuning Ltd for passing off of our product.
- You agree that you will not redistribute in any way software purchased from HDI Tuning Ltd (be that free or payed , intentional or unintentional redistribution). If you do this you will be liable to pay loss of earnings and potentially costs for loss of reputation to HDI Tuning Ltd for passing off of our product.
- You agree that each file purchased from our website is for single use and as such will only be used on one vehicle that the original purchase was intended for. When working on another vehicle with the same software codes you will have to purchase the software again in order to gain a new ‘license’ to program this to the ECU. Any use unauthorised use can incur charges for loss of earnings.
- By using this service you agree that the vehicle will be suitably maintained and have adequate modifications for the remap stage applied.
- HDI Tuning Ltd is not liable for damage caused to either the engine ECU or the vehicle engine as a result of using our remapped software.
- HDI Tuning Ltd is not liable for damage to a vehicle or personal injury as a result of using our software to increase power.
- HDI Tuning Ltd is not liable for loss of earnings or loss of reputation as a result of problems caused by incorrect use of our service. You (the customer) are always responsible for making sure a vehicle is set up with the correct mechanical modifications/improvements for the tuning software ordered.
- DPF Delete software is illegal for road use in the UK and most European countries. If you use this software for testing/diagnostic purposes or for track use, you agree that you will not use the vehicle on the road and do not intend to use the vehicle on the road at any point.
- EGR Delete software is illegal for road use in the UK and most European countries. If you use this software for testing/diagnostic purposes or for track use, you agree that you will not use the vehicle on the road and do not intend to use the vehicle on the road at any point.
- AdBlue Delete software is illegal for road use in the UK and most European countries. If you use this software for testing/diagnostic purposes or for track use, you agree that you will not use the vehicle on the road and do not intend to use the vehicle on the road at any point.
