The SID801 ECU was used on the 2.0 HDI 8v engine from 1999 to 2005, always at 90 BHP. It was more common on the vans, but also the 307 and the peugeot 406 used this ECU.

You should match the 5WS40xxxx number on the ECU for example 5WS40049C-T. The fiels are 512KB in size.

It’s important to note which tool you program the ECU with, most of our reads came from the MPPS tool, be very careful when using other tools because some tools do / dont use line swapping. The best way to be safe is to read you original file, imort the new file on top and check it’s compatible, if you get a message about line swapping in WinOLS then you know it’s different and you simply make sure to export with the same settings as the original read.
